Young goat with green beans

 

Ingredients

  • Goat meat - 800 g without bones
  • Green beans - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 4 - 5 pieces
  • Onion - 1 bundle
  • Peppers - 1 piece (red)
  • Bay leaves - 2 pieces
  • Marjoram - 1 tea spoon
  • Sweet basil - 2 - 3 leaves
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Oil - about 80 ml

 

Preparation of goat meat with green beans
Cut the meat on pieces. Boil it with small quantity of water, marjoram and green beans. In another vessel you need to boil the green bean for several minutes.
Until the goat meat is boiled, peel and grate the tomatoes. When the meat becomes soft, you need to strain it off. Warm the oil in a vessel and fry the cut onion with the pepper. Add the goat meat and mix it for several minutes. Pour this mixture with paprika and add the green beans. Mix again and add the tomatoes. Add the second bay leave and the marjoram.
Leave the meal under the hood until it is ready. If needed you should mix or add some of the liquid issue the boiling. In the end add the green beans with some salt, pepper and sweet basil.
